I agree. I see plenty that I say nothing about. This is screwing me and route next to me on Mondays, so therefore, all bets are off. I explained to her before how she's screwing us, as well as the customer. Obviously, she doesn't care about anyone but herself.

Yep. She has a reason almost every Saturday to either not be there or get off early. She's Tues-Sat. It's your job. Deal with it or quit. I'm sure someone else would love to have her route.

Nope. None. She knows she's wrong. If they do nothing, I will tell my manager that when I hit a point in my route that I want to go home, I'll just code everything up and head in. Two can play that game.
