The guy fixing up the house next door laid new sod on the front yard yesterday. He got it insanely cheap. $290 to do the whole front yard. 20 cents a roll for Kentucky bluegrass.
Him getting special deals like that is the only way he can make money with all the work he is doing. Its supposed to go on the market the next couple of days. He already had an offer but legally he can't sell it without listing it on the open market first. Something to do with his company and something like insider trading. Of course there are deals being done under the table but they can bend rules and not break them.

You think it would have made him more of a man to sit in a cell for the next 50-60 years?
I don't imagine he would have had a problem telling a teammate how he felt about them not carrying their own weight.

He was already in prison for life with no chance of parole so his recent trial was meaningless (except for closure for families).
If he was going to kill himself he could have saved everyone a lot of time and money by doing it sooner.
