I'm doing all the cooking this year. Turkey, spiral ham, 2 dressings, giblet gravy, 24 deviled eggs, banana pudding. I'm going to be hard pressed to do it all thursday morning, so I did the turkey last night. I'm sitting here at 6am about to tackle the rest. I've smoked, deep fried and baked turkeys in the past, this year I cooked it sealed up in a large brown paper bag.
