Scabies were a problem at the school near me a couple of years ago. People were freaking out about it.

That’s a PITA too. My oldest got those a few times when she was in daycare, until they finally figured out which kid was bringing them. I used to get so paranoid over her putting her coat in the pile along with the other kids. Lol.

Cooties have been an ongoing problem in my area for 70 years. It’s an epidemic at this point.
