I have tipped my helper about $200 so far. He is fading fast. Keeps exhaling loudly , saying he hates Christmas now. He used to sprint to doors. Now he walks. He gets angry because we bust our ass all day and management treats us like we are not doing good enough, He can’t believe it. I told him this is why you finish your degree

Here’s the problem. We are strictly talking about young kids that believe in Santa.
Short of telling them Santa isn’t real how do you explain why their friend got $1000 gifts and they got underwear?
Now personally it never once crossed my as a kid why this would be so I think some of it is projecting our feelings of insecurity on kids.
