When the rich people move into an older formerly run down area and gentrify it they want the bums gone too.

Unfortunately in this case it’s the reverse. The homeless population exploded somewhat recently. The downtown area was never run down.

I see this woman panhandling at the same intersection every day. She looks like she lives behind a dumpster. Up close though she actually looks like she was a pretty woman once upon a time. Sad to see what life can do to some people.

She needs to lose a little weight.
