At least 5 times a day..
My replies are "he goes out with more than one stop" "no, they said you would receive a call in an hour, not that the package will be available in an hour".
" it's not late or missed, UPS is paid to attempt delivery of your package by a certain time or day. It's not our fault you were asleep or out at the time"

I've also had them put a hold request in the parking lot on Saturday and walk in and get indignant about the fact it's not up there and that I am not going to close the counter down to dig it out of a package car for them
