Can Teamsters Help Colleagues in the UK

Quick question can the teamsters help your fellow colleagues in the UK out with a problem,,i.e. show support or back us in an argument with the company the union in the UK is not a great help and we believe that some one in the union here is taking back handers from UPS to push things through here in the UK
