This is my first contract and the first union company that i have ever worked for thats why i said i dont understand. I dont see what my age has to do with it, this is just all new to me. Both the union and the company are not telling us anything that is going on so it just all seems like somthing fishy is going on. If things were going our way i would think that we would be getting updates more frequently

Negotiations are on going so ups just received our demands and they can accept or counter offer. And we go on until contractual end date.
