I know. But I’ve actually had the company use this as an excuse before. “You’re seriously going to file? We gave you 2 days off.”

Yeah but I worked almost 40 hours in those 3 days. I’d rather work 5 9 hour days than 3 12+

My steward told me today that UPS SoCal district paid over 300k in 9.5 grievances last week.

We've been filing 9.5 grievances since we were all put on the 9.5 list when the contract ratified. 130+ drivers, 85+ grievances a week.

In two week 9.5 starts again. Make sure you're on the list. We're being told that if you were on last year it carries over to this year.
