Covid-19 & 9.5

Rack em

Made the Podium
Our week got progressively heavier from Wednesday on. Friday was our heaviest day and the lightest dispatch I had all week thanks to the 9.5 list. I almost feel bad they loaded up one runner with over 320 stops, I hope he delivered my area right :)

That’s an easy argument to win.

our labor manager didn’t even try. Ours are getting paid out without question.

I can’t even believe some locals let labor win that argument when lots of drivers are demanding hazard pay, let alone contractually obligated 9.5 pay.

I wonder how many of those locals are in right to work states.

We've been filing 9.5 grievances since we were all put on the 9.5 list when the contract ratified. 130+ drivers, 85+ grievances a week.
How long do they take to settle? Everything I read on here it takes forever to get paid. My center must have been the exception. Paid like clockwork 2-3 weeks after being violated.
