Cowardice!!

What's cowardice is not being honest and telling the UPS members that Local 89 is holding up the entire UPS contract because of politics. He wanted to make sure people thought he was a fighter. We all paid the price. 8 months of UPS making interest on our money. It's also cowardice that the Local 804 principal officer got UPS drivers fired for an unsanctioned strike and won't admit that these guys got their job back because of KH.

While we're talking about cowardice.
Another brilliant post.
How about Western PA? Calling them cowards too?

Well genius, let's do some math. 9000 people in Local 89. They're in the Central Region. PA and Philly are not. The Central was held up by a megalomaniac who wanted to go the Ron Carey route. Strike them on something that could have been resolved through the grievance procedure. Striking over Tugs on the ramp is not something I want to lose customers over. You do know who customers are. Right? The ones who pay your bills. The Coward is Zuck. I can't blame the sheep he leads to the slaughter.

Thanks to my local for educating the members and overcoming the haters south of us with 777 yes votes.
"Educating" members that their healthcare plan will be twice as good as the current C6 plan is a big deal for you?

Selling a superior plan is alot like shooting rabbits in a barrel vs getting people to vote no the third time and go to a strike vote.

If the no voters would have had 88 more votes you wouldn't be patting yourself on the back. (That's just one per county in Ohio, fyi).
Local 20 barely passed it the third time and they're a strong Yes local...or was.

Your post that said that local 89 was holding up the "entire UPS contract" shows that you are either truly ignorant of the CBA or that you just lie to validate your own lies...or all of the above.

Multiple choice. Help yourself.

BTW: in case you just joined, it was TeamCare on the ramp not tugs that jammed up the progress.... everywhere, except where people's hc got better.

That train left the station. It was agreed to when the National Master was ratified. So what you're saying is the Central Region Agreement was held up over the CS healthcare that you didn't have a chance in H*** in getting changed. Again a bunch of sheep lead by a coward.

According to you it's still not a superior plan so there goes that theory. The part timers were going from Aetna to Teamcare and they voted yes. To this day I don't hear any complaining, like you guys, about Teamcare.

Local 89 was holding up the entire contract. Period. The whole thing cannot be ratified until the supplements are passed. If we didn't pass the CR we might still not have a contract. These silly riders don't count. Local 89 wasn't going to pass it even if UPS gave them everything they wanted. They would have found something to say it's not good enough.

The IBT Executive Board did the right thing.

Why complain today Einstein, it's a done deal. Not a thing we can do about it now. The time to fight it was then and Chicago revolted against it as well.

The only reason the National passed was because two whole regions weren't getting TeamCare and forced it through.

There's plenty of complaints about TeamCare, you just hear what you want to.
Totally out of touch with reality you are and sheep must be your fettish as much as you think and talk about them?

It's worthless arguing with a blind, deaf minion like you. The truth totally evades your mental composition by choice.

Wow! You are angry. I'm not arguing. Whats done is done. Youre the one complaining about something that isn't going to be changed.
