I should point out and correct my mistake. The soft key actually says "delivery" not "del". Easy to forget these things when you aren't holding the DIAD in your hand at the moment.

"deliver"! Not "delivery"! I give up. It's too hot...

CIR and the orange is irritating as hell. Who is the maroon that decided the sig choices should be letters. They are 1, 2, and 3. Make those the choices with the orange key. Effen morons. Signatures are easier to do with gloves then CIR. Once it gets cold, I am getting signatures again, there is no time savings while wearing gloves.

Oooohhh.... I have the newby DIAD Blues.... Whoaaaa...whoaaaa....whoaaaaaaaa.
Why?
I have looked online and found a few videos with the basic info. Seriously! Why would the management not have printed out sheets for new seasonal driver helpers who use the DIAD.
I need to be able to see the steps needed to do a signature release, and what steps to take in the case of no one being there to sign. I had to call in three times to be walked through the steps. Sorry... I am one of those people who need to see it in print, so I can memorize the steps. I do not understand, why there is no printed material. That is just crazy.
Okay......GO! I know I will be bashed for not knowing. Irritated.

I showed my helper how to use the diad in less then 5 minutes. You shouldn’t have to do that much with a diad as a helper
