We should be very concerned with the future. Straw men arguments are a waste of time. Stop voting for Republicans and Democrats and we can have a real conversation.
Why? It's how it is. A politician lies, the CIA spies. Oh, they all say it will be different when party X comes to town. It won't.

I have said this before --particularly with Congress --if we the people are so smart --and know Politicians just lie to us and break promises ---Why does the Left and the Right and the Middle --continue to re-elect the same people ??
If we agree Bush and Clinton lied --Why will the next Presidential Election be between a Clinton and a Bush ??
Not looking for an answer from you --none of us can answer it !!
