Yes. Without collective bargaining we would be screwed. Our local is strong so even if the national is weak a local can still enforce the contract while keeping members happy.

Ups stock closed at 105.99 today a month ago it was at 118. $. So is it the contract issues. It can't be right it was forced on us so why the drop?
The entire market has been down a lot in the last month. Apple lost 7% today and Heinz Kraft lost 10% today.
