Well, I tried blocking you, but when others quote you, you show up anyway so what's the point?!You will have to decide if that works for you. So to answer your question....your response to the OP is a good case in point. Your wording, and the way it comes across is that your word settles the matter, and that the OP has, at your word, received full absolution. On an online discussion forum I try to use my words, my words share my point of view. Have you found a different way to communicate on a forum such as this. Your "dripping with sweetness" understanding of his humbly admitting his error, and taking proper responsibility to love his wife and kids, is beyond sickening. It is very sad that understanding and kindness is sickening to you. What about his responsibility to those who enable him to "properly" love his wife and kids?It is my opinion that individuals are entitled to use their sick days as they see fit and And then to say his manager needs training in employee relations any half decent manager would be able to staff an operation when individuals use this collectively bargained benefit of employment......no, his manager needs people he can depend on to run a business.I firmly believe that attendance problems should be dealt with up to termination if need be but the simple fact that this individual had a sick day to burn is clear proof that this individual is not an attendance problem. Why am I talking to you?!I don't know. LOL Again, I believe this is a deliberate "stage persona" you have created.Ya think! I can't believe you actually talk this way.I can't force you to believe nor would I want to.
