You are welcome to purchase shares of our stock through any of the firms that you listed but you will lose the 5% discount if you choose to do so.

Stocks purchased through DSPP are held by the company.

Who bought AMD?

About to and predicting AMD to reach half of Intel's market cap in 4 years. Had shares in them since $2 and I expect Jim Keller's Midas Touch to strike again but patience is required. Stock suffered today as earnings didn't meet expectations and of course they wouldn't as Keller's new architecture isn't on the market yet. The bulk of Wall St only looks at the earnings report, they have no understanding of processors and how Intel doesn't deserve their market dominance.

As for the employee stock purchase, you go to ComputerShare.com and specify an amount to be taken out of your paycheck. Once you accumulate enough money with them, they'll buy you a share. This is only beneficial for retirement and tax purposes. You're better off taking your money and going to E*Trade then investing in companies who didn't say "we lost money last quarter because we had more business than ever". UPS is a nice way to beat inflation and that's about it.
