We have a TDP run dedicated to Targets all day long.
They ship out a ton of Surepost
The union really dropped the ball on surepost and also everything. I don't eve see it anymore.
But they won't...
Target's also good for shipping items in a box about 5 times larger than necessary
or putting too much heavy stuff in one box that splits open inside your truck
Just call in sick... after 5 days, sick of work for that week.
and Company commit to protect existing RPCDs from being sched-
uled or forced to perform weekend delivery work and increasing the
number of full-time opportunities for part-time employees. To
achieve these objectives,
Then they are charging you for a sick day for a day that you shouldn't be working anyways
That’s as weak as 9.5 language.
They can’t. The system won’t allow it, because it’s a sixth punch and should be paid at OT.
None the less, the language is there. Use it to your advantage
Oh I hear you. I try to use whatever I can find in that contract.
Absolutely, the language is open to interpretation. Just gotta make sure your point is better then theirs using the provided language.
Sure post packages have size limits. Ups trys to pass the post office packages they shouldnt. You can stop a package if it's over the limits.
Nah. They’ll Either go over the entire previous week with a fine tooth comb and look for things To make up that you Did wrong. Backing, too long at this stop. Or they will come out and watch you all day and make sheet up.
Well the union did propose it.
what did you expect?
Do right everyday and you have nothing to worry about except annoying the out of them on the ride along
You sound like one of those guys who always complain, I ask them have they filed on “it” and I get the same answer “I don’t want a target in my back”
