when they fire you for production number, which they can't, It's easy to get a # that high over 27 years. Plus skipping disciplinary progression to get to a termination got 25 or more thrown out.

what the hell do you know. AS far as i can tell you're a complete :censored2:

Works a part-time job for 27 years and gets discharged twice a year.

That's such an accomplishment. You must be proud.

It kind of explains why you never went full-time.... can barely do part-time.

More statements with no facts. If you must know I own 30-40 apartment units and it keeps me very busy. Get off your high horse and stop sounding like a total prick. Also most of those happened in a 2 year period.

We have a lot of part time employees who have stayed part time for 20+ years.
There's more to life than an 8 hr job at ups and some make a lot more money being diversified. To each their own.

Some (a minority) believe full time job at ups is the epitome of life just to get to the end of their employment and find out their pension isn't what they banked on. The saying "Dont put all your eggs in one basket" is fitting today.

His local should have filed it also I believe he should have recieved something in the mail about the termination. It happen almost 2 months ago.
Nope , I disagree, it's your responsibility as an adult to file your own grievance when you receive discipline. If the local is responsible for filing , and the one time the local does not file on your behalf and you lose your job , then the local can be sued. That's why all the locals stopped the practice of filing on each individuals discipline a few years back , atleast in my local that's how it is . Local 480 .

I can respect that. I believe our locals practice is to file on any termination. I do agree though that people need to be adults and file on their own. Some on here think the union should hold their hand on everything. I don't agree with that but I do agree with my local filing for terminations. If they didn't I'd understand. Either way I hope he contacted his local to find out his options.

Back at you.

You don't know how many you "own" ?

Also most of those happened in a 2 year period.

That's even worse.

So you're (now) saying;

You were fired, and physically escorted off the property almost 50 times in 2 years ?

I just don't believe it.

Experience tells me otherwise.

I haven't called you names.... I just don't believe your story.

Yep.

Too much liability involved, for the Local to be responsible for it.

Plus.... the Central Region language requires the employee to file.

"But.. but.. but.... I pay dues."

Every building in the USA has at least 1 career preloader in it. Now if I learned MY piece of aged dirt in my building was a trash apartament landlord than you can bet your ass you are going to have a much bigger problem with me than your last 50 termination letters.

As it stands, you are probably lying a bunch.

So, your not sure of the between 30-40 apartments you say you own? I would know exactly how many I owned, for me it's just a three walk up. Keeping me busy outside of full time.

You say "More statements with no facts." Time to get "off" your high horse.

I believe I stated 3 were walk offs rest were working terminations but who cares, I beat them all. Not most but ALL!!!!!!! If I won why would I own any. Think about how stupid that sounds. God I hope you don't actually represent anybody for the union. As for about weather its true or not, sounds like you made an opinion with very few fact early on. What fact support do you have that it's not true. Move on and judge yourself instead of me because you sound like a self righteous jerk.

Ok what ever. I've heard that from a few center managers. More opinions, worthless ones at that. I love the trash landlord assumption.......
