Loaders that write Pal numbers on boxes get bottles of Bourbon for Christmas. It's big for this driver.

They have been going on a disciplinary spree at my hub. If you aren't slaving yourself and meeting their unreasonable productions numbers they will eventually come at you with something. They are even skipping the entire verbal warning process and going straight to warning letters.

Sounds like they like "paperwork". Give them some more.... grieve sups working, production harassment, safety (over 70's by yourself), (egress issues). They will soon be tired of grievances. Also be sure to get your coworkers involved.
