I talked to a customer about a sales lead and it knocked me out of my +-15 for the rest of my pickups. One monthly flavor killed the other one.

make your early a.m.,then before 1200 o'clocks, then buisness till pick ups,usually 230,-430,in 15min range,[ive got 35]then finish buisness b4 close[500?],slip a break in somewhere ,do residentials,shave daily,keep hair short,wear only black or brown,memorize all company manifesto,come in under 9.5hrs,no overallowed on i.e.controlled time study,use all methods required ,be monitored via gps/bluetooth,........i could go on but i wont, ups wants CONTROL.
