it's time, as many locals as possible force this issue. cant get paid for a sick day on a forced 6th punch. yet the contract says they gotta pay u. its because sick time is at normal rate, yet 6th is time1&1/2.

i say you book off saturday, then file monday when they dont pay you. cause they wont. ESPECIALLY (like theyre trying to do in my building) when they discipline you for attendance after.
maybe that can force to panel the issue of continual 6th punches as apposed to hiring more people.

I'm a FT 22.4 driver that works Tuesday through Saturday.

So I'm like #6 from the top of about 25-30 cover drivers

So are you a FT 22.4? Or are you a Cover Driver?
