My 10 year plaque is simply a piece of paper announcing my 10 years and the date secure between two clear plexi-glass plates held together by four tiny built-in magnets. It doesn't get any cheaper than this!

At least give me a Rodeo Belt Buckle for ten years! LOL

Are you trying to say $30/hour is a lot of money? It might be if you live in the sticks of Iowa, but here in Massachusetts it gets me a 1 bedroom apartment and a decent car with not much left after.
