France riots

If a protest lasts 40 weeks it’s not effective. It’s just a club that hangs out in the street. Like occupy wall street turned into.
occupy wall st was extremely effective, they single handedly got rid of the taboo of socialism in america.

they were so effective corporatist obama led a coordinated effort to have cops eradicate the encampments on a single day.

not saying either movement is perfect, but i guarantee you the few people with power in france are scared as they were in america.

to me it also speaks to the much stronger spirit and faith of the french vs other countries. north americans are essentially cynics / non believers.

It’s tough to take any protest that features a drum collective very seriously.

Good one!!!
take the war on terrorism. was it a war to stop terrorism? well maybe to stop domestic terrorism by muslims that affects govt and the rich and maybe average joes. but it was also used as an excuse for more terrorist wars by the US govt and cover for weapons corps to sell more weapons around the world, and to take your rights away.

the red scare was a way of weakening the labour movements. they achieved this in america, the unionization rate is a fraction of what it used to be.

im not the only one who thinks this about the war on drugs. funny how "conservatives" believe their govts at the wrong time, and on the other hand say they cant do anything right when they can.

I buy into what you posted with the following exception:
I’m a conservative and I think the war on drugs has been a waste of time and money.

Paris police (& Macron govt) fight w/ fire as they battle firefighters. Pro-business & pro-capitalist policies divide/disrupt France. But French workers orgs (unions, anti-capitalist parties, yellow vests) combined are a force for real change.

the french protestors are a train that can not be stopped

Sure they can. They’re a band of moronic tards who likely aren’t even productive members of society. If they were they wouldn’t be running around like a bunch of apes as coronavirus spreads.
