I feel even more sorry for people that that depend on (all or just one) CNN, MSNBC, ABC, NBC, CBS for their news source(s).

Rush, Hannity and the rest preach what Limbaugh calls "exceptionalism", the "fact" that working exceptionally hard will have a positive outcome. In the case of Rush and Hannity, it's somewhat true, because both are self-made, have worked hard, and are quite well off, especially Limbaugh, But, hard work and exceptional effort do not always pay-off. Ask anyone who's had a catastophic illness, a business failure, or a host of other reasons. All of the Fox types, to a high degree, believe in individualism and exceptionalism and being self-made...all hallmarks of Conservatism.

The problem is, there just isn't room in capitalism for everyone to be "exceptional". Limbaugh is essentially a one-man operation, but most businesses have to have other people carry the ball. Since this is a FedEx Forum, let's use Fred S as an example. Is he a poster boy for "exceptionalism"? Perhaps back in 1973, but not now. What's exceptional about making millions off the labor of an underpaid workforce? Yes, the original concept of Federal Express was exceptional, but Smith has become a tyrant and a miser along the way, and stays "exceptional" by screwing over his workforce at every opportunity. Whatever happened to ethics?

Anyone who gets all of their information from a single source or multiple sources that say the same thing is a fool. I listen to both sides and extract my own brand of truth from what I can ferret out of all the garbage and partisanship. Most of the Conservatives I know only listen to Rush, Hannity and their copycats, and fill their minds with the ultra-biased mush they watch on Fox News. No wonder they don't have a clue.

Last time I checked Fox News was kicking the dog piss out of CNN and all the others. COMBINED!
Do you work for UPS? If the answer is yes, then if Fox News had their way you wouldn't be making those high wages.Ever noticed on all their programs whether it be Greta, Hannity, Beck, Or Cavuto they always take time out to bash organized labor? If you want to agree with people that don't have your best interest in mind then I do feel sorry for you.

The answer to that is simple......I, like the majority of us on the right and in the middle of the political spectrum, form my political views based on what I think is best for the country and not based on my own selfish needs. I grew up and realized that its not all about me and that my beliefs wont always fall in line with those that I normally agree with. That includes Fox News.

Fox News - Fair and balanced. It really is when compared to any other news. I can't listen to CNBC, CNN, etc simply because of their lovefest with Obama. They won't hold him accountable for anything!

Note I'm referring to Fox News, not the Fox talk shows.

The only way to formW an unbiased educated opinion is to watch a little bit of each one and compare what they say to your own real world experience. If you just constantly watching one news channel, then your being brainwashed into their points of view.None of them are fair and balanced that includes Fox news.
Look at the tea party events for example. There were thousands protesting high taxes when in reality most of the people attending actually had their taxes lowered. Anyone making less than 250k a year got a tax cut and how many of these protesters do you think made over 250k? Now who got these people all fired up? None other than Fox news, and talk radio. Another example is how Fox news and talk radio distort the facts when it comes to the employee free choice act. They say that it eliminates workers right to a secret ballot which is clearly a lie.The efca gives the workers not the company the choice whether they want a secret ballot election or a simple majority card check.Working people need to wake up and do some research on issues to see who's really looking out for them instead listening to some blabbermouth entertainer who wouldn't piss on them if they were on fire.

If you had really watched more than one news source then you'd know that they weren't protesting taxes. They were protesting massive spending by our government. The phrase "Tea Party" wasn't meant to be literal. It was just a play on the Boston Tea Party because it too was an event that involved citizens that were fed up with the actions of their government. The protesters didn't like the idea of our children, and our children's children, having to pick up the tab. You'd know all that if you truly did watch more than once news source.

And non one said that we are all only watching Fox News. There is talk radio too and believe it or not it has become more reliable than any of your liberal "news" outlets.

The Liberal news is dying a slow death anyhow. Viewership is declining fast, while Fox News viewership grows. People are getting sick of a cheerleading press who don't challenge the White House on anything.

We need the watchdog press of old.....

Fox News is "fair and balanced"? Give me a freaking break. O'Reilly, Hannity, and Beck are anything but fair, and they are hardly balanced. In fact, all three of them have serious issues with reality. Why not just call Fox what it really is,The Republican Excuse Network. If it's Conservative or Republican, Fox is OK with it. If it's liberal or Left-Wing, it's Socialism on the move.

I still have difficulty understanding how anyone who works for an hourly wage can be a Republican. They are all about being anti-labor, anti-union, and anti-worker. If you work for UPS or FedEx, they definitely do NOT have your best interests in mind. If Conservatives could import illegal aliens to do your job for $4.00 per hour they would, and then they'd justify it by saying that business owners could "generate more high-wage jobs through trickle-down economics". What a bunch of crap! Republicans are the party of Big Business and Big Religion, and screw anyone who doesn't feel the same way. The Republican Party is the party of the Fred Smiths of the business world. They don't give a rat's ass about working people, only the upper classes. If you are dumb enough to make the rich richer at your expense, please feel free to continue to be a tool for the wealthy.

I'm glad the Republican Party is in the toilet, and judging from their current actions, they are doing their level best to flush themselves at every opportunity. Rush is leading you straight into oblivion.
