Highest 22.4 in the building. If they pass it up they are crazy but I guess the person underneath him would receive that bid.Do you have multiple centers in your building? Highest 22.4 in building or center? What if they don’t want to?

First bid went up in my building. I was amazed at the lack of signatures.Highest 22.4 in the building. If they pass it up they are crazy but I guess the person underneath him would receive that bid.

A lot of guys here are afraid to change centers. I’m like, it’s a $10 raise when you hit top rate....are you stupid??Same here. We had guys that got jumped over in seniority because they didn't sign

A lot of those guys aren't looking that far ahead or of staying at UPS for a career. That will bite them in the ass when it comes time to retire.
We only have peak seasonals none for summer. At this rate, in these times, with this volume....
22.4s will not last the 25-30+ like them good old days I hear about.
This is how I've seen it over the past year:
Drivers hired for 22.4
Day 30ish told they didn't qualify
Asked to come back as seasonal
They stupidly do it.
No need to make the 22.4 permanent or worry about RPCD spots. They now have 25 seasonals running around.
Rinse and repeat.
When those good drivers who were hired on as 22.4 get DQ'd and stop accepting seasonal....
Then and only then will numbers dwindle and hiring processes change.
Some are some aren't.A lot of those guys aren't looking that far ahead or of staying at UPS for a career.
I've been hearing summer peak seasonal thrown around a lot over the last few months. We only have peak seasonals none for summer.
We don't have enough package cars for the people that are working now.I've been hearing summer peak seasonal thrown around a lot over the last few months.

With all of the money saved from the 22.4 contract, we are able to keep Penske and Uhaual trucks throughout the year for our seasonal rotation. We don't have enough package cars for the people that are working now.

you can't come close to doing the same amount of stops per hour with a rental as you can with a package carNot at all people love using them tho cause of ac, radio and phone charger . I’d rather be in brown car feel more comfortable whippin that
