Here's what's cute about this. Act 77 passed the GOP controlled Pa state legislature by a vote of 35-14 in the Senate and 138-61 in the Pa House.

Now after losing the election they now go running to the courts..."Well, well, your honor we didn't know that the law was unconstitutional when we passed it". LMAO!

Well Well , it looks like somebody here's been doing their homework . Good for you !!! Unfortunately for you and Gov. Wolf of PA it was always going to the Court that counts . And there's a reason why the PA judge had called it unconstitutional and felt they have a good chance in the Supreme Court. BUT , There are bigger fish to fry then just late ballots !!!
