What is difference between a $30/hr 22.3 Hub monkey and a 22.4 Hub monkey? But I do agree that most 22.4 drivers well seldom see the inside of the Hub. Just another way of saying work as directed.

Unless part-timer's rate is higher when they go into that classification.
Then they should be red circled until the progression passes up their rate.
