Best solution would be to hire former military personnel after completing a serious background check to guard the schools .
To be posted around school properties , Armed Guards on duty and they have a license to kill .

You might want to do a little research on veteran statistics in regards to mental health and violence. Worst idea I've heard in a while.

Putting them around kids with a loaded gun just ain't a good idea.
