My local has been organizing new members. Even though companies use the high salaries of the old officials as anti union material. Saying 'they just want your dues money,' etc.
But my local leaders have a rocky relationship with the international, with that video speech of O being the obvious problem. So the organizing that is happening, we're on our own.
