The other BS part is how long it takes to fight, by the time something gets fixed there are twelve other things to work on.

We literally just had this discussion today.

center manager: I can do whatever I want. Contract doesn’t matter. You work as directed and grieve it if you want.

3-4 months later huge stack of grievances.

BA: ok it won’t happen anymore

2 weeks later.

Yep. We've been over the 25% since April I believe.

Those guys should get back pay and anything else retroactive to then.
