How to give raises

I have no idea. I never even heard about it except on here. Lol.

They used to feature it on Frontline years ago. Seems like everything is done in the field now.

You guys keep forgetting that it's the 10-step raises that have been set. NOT a time period. It could all end tomorrow. I will not count my chickens before they're hatched, or expect a raise until I see it on my check. FedEx giveth....FedEx taketh away.

I don't forget... in just the past 10 years we've had 10 different pay actions, (performance based, '08 no raise, 3% 6%, who knows what else I can't remember, but on average my raise has been .35 cents a year.. not calculating in the 0 raise or the 6month deferred raises... thanks FRED! I'm sorry but a fortune 500 company that can't have predictable and scheduled raises is questionable... Heck even the Wal-Mart Receiving clerk knows what her next 5 raises are going to be... not including review bonuses...

I really feel like I'm missing some gems, having oldfart on ignore.

It is much more pleasant, surfing through the FedEx forums, though.

I'm right there with you, ignored him and the forums have been really really nice to read.
