We all need to band together and get every courier to take their hour break during peak. FedEx can not have their cake and eat it too.
Yes it will be
for us but we need to get our point across about this hr break insult. Start talking to your fellow couriers and get them to see that their might be a long term advantage to this. We are informing the mgrs. at my station that this is what we intend to do so they had better plan to staff accordingly.(its a big station)
