Nope. I really don't think so.
Nothing personally against him.
He just had enough of the changes in BC

It's not the same anymore
What significant changes have you observed?
Do you think these occurred as a result of normal swings of the pendulum or were there internal variables that effected the change?

I think BC has changed as has our US society has changed over the last decade.

Between every post on topic is a page of fluff. Takes over every thread. Might turn the casual reader off.

Save the company name.
Clean it up.
If "turning off the casual reader" means the public can't read the perversion- there should be no question about it.
Do it.

I hope you do it.
I'd hate for my family to research something about my new job and stumble upon some of the disturbing or adult content related postings.
Sure we're all adults but really.

Not to mention if casual customers read this they might think drivers are looking to get special services or personal tips deliveries with extra happy endings...

I think by allowing unemployed to access the fluff will create more opportunities for customer & driver adult relations- which worse case scenario are accomplished on the clock and then publicized.

I just started working for the company and its my career choice to stay here, I hope that the company continues to keep a good image.

Everything is all in good fun says the posters and everyone is a little more brave to post absolute crap because they are supposedly anonymous. Just because the world doesn't know which specific employee said something vulgar, doesn't mean it's all good.

Anonymous or not they're still posting as a ups (or related) employee.
Sure BC isn't sponsored by UPS but it doesn't matter. It's still UPS (employees) saying everything publicly. And that's what the world sees. Sex, discrimination, bullying, badmouthing the job and leaders in it, racial profiling, slang terms. Harassment.
Everything that UPS is not.

If it's still going to be public, maybe warn employees to tone it down and throw some fake news out there about how prison inmates have somewhat hacked the system by posing as employees and creating user names that are responsible for the really bad fluff.

Or do nothing and the right money hungry person will read and act upon this site and benefit.

It's a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Oh you meant turn the casual reader off as in a person reading isn't going to like ups as much, after reading the gross.

My bad I thought "turn casual reader off" was a setting option haha.

So you're saying that UPSers should never be able to let go and be human? This site is not for customers. They enter at their own risk. And as far as your children go, are you going to let them have access to porn sites too? Monitor their computer usage. It's no one's job to do so but you and your husband. This site has moderators who monitor and remove objectionable material. As long as they're professional while in uniform and on the job, what they do off the job is not the business of the customers, unless maybe it's illegal and might effect said customers.
