so you took air has a preloaderI was told I was SUPPOSED to after the fact by one of our air drivers and that I should have started progression on that exact day, but I never even got the chance to clock in as one. I was made to clock in as preload.
I know, my point was I would have to pay for anything myself if I had a regular accident anywayNot the point.
correct, all of us that ran air did actually because all the preloaders were recruited for it last secondso you took air has a preloader
so then you didnt get paid has an air driver, they did a go around to avoid paying you. You just took it out to them, so techincally you are not an air drivercorrect, all of us that ran air did actually because all the preloaders were recruited for it last second
WrongYes. Covered in Article 40.
Even though you may not be an air exception driver, you were today.
Does not apply to employees shuttling packages to drivers. You are not delivering them.
Guess not.
He is wrong.
You are not delivering packages, you are shuttling them. You may be able to grieve mileage and air exception rate, though.

you're
Not really. He didn't have to do it. Guess he wanted some extra OT.
they just gave you whatever you make now paycorrect, all of us that ran air did actually because all the preloaders were recruited for it last second
im pretty sure you got to clock in under another code if you are an air driver unless that changed
I guess but we already have sort of a responder that does job every day and makes bank. She wasn't there so it got divided amongst a few preloaders and our cars and we had to run it ourselves. Basically got 16.50 for 3 hours and probably 20 milesso then you didnt get paid has an air driver, they did a go around to avoid paying you. You just took it out to them, so techincally you are not an air driver
Being 21 is a requirement of being a driver. What they did is a big no no if anybody found out. I have shuttled late air before, but I am 26. And I volunteered. Cutting corners will cost them at some point.Ran air to drivers today (I was requested to). I'm 19. Is this allowed or what because of the 21+ rule for drivers and "proposed" PVD drivers??? Just curious lol
yes i know, he is under the impression he should make air driver rateHe was not an air driver---he was a preloader being used to shuttle air.
Not necessarily, just something other than what I make now as I was told something along the lines of "the minute you clock in to shuttle air, you start *insert some progression here*"yes i know, he is under the impression he should make air driver rate

Alright so another dumb question - what is the position that shuttles air regularly and what would that pay rate be?Nope.
Oh no I already have done it before in the past and just got OT and that was it. Today just made me think to ask on here.i guess you will see on the next paycheck
