Is this allowed...???

Sorry but many drivers agree that this is not allowed.
No they don’t think it should be allowed, the contract states otherwise which ultimately is what does matter.

@Mugarolla isnt some corporate stooge. If he and I are in agreement on something chances are the contract reading is pretty damn clear.

You think you know everything about the company and the contract, but you don’t have a clue. I learn something new about it all the time.

The only child I see here, is you.
Good Burn. The thing is though, that’s not really true. I’m coming at you with experience and what is contractually allowed, but you keep sitting there saying nope, can’t be allowed, because you don’t like it.

But that’s okay, you did your road test and have been here about 8 months. You and @AutoZone could probably run the company by now.

Might as well rid themselves of the age requirement then. You'd think to save their own ass they wouldn't allow this at all.

Not to air drive, but to shuttle....there is no qualification requirement.
Because "shuttle" isn't a designation for moving ground packages.
We allow air drivers to be paid air rate to "shuttle" ground packages to drivers here, and honestly I think it's wrong. This situation takes it to a whole other level. This just ain't right man.

Far from ideal but better than having supervisors run the packages out. Seems like a temporary fix until it can be addressed in the contract.
