Sorry but many drivers agree that this is not allowed.
And how many of these drivers are Stewards who know the contract and have dealt with this exact issue with the Union and UPS?

No they don’t think it should be allowed, the contract states otherwise which ultimately is what does matter.Sorry but many drivers agree that this is not allowed.
Contractually and legally it is completely acceptable so get over itSorry, but there is no way in hell this is appropriate to do.

Good Burn. The thing is though, that’s not really true. I’m coming at you with experience and what is contractually allowed, but you keep sitting there saying nope, can’t be allowed, because you don’t like it.The only child I see here, is you.

Because "shuttle" isn't a designation for moving ground packages. Not to air drive, but to shuttle....there is no qualification requirement.
I'm just going by what I am told at my local barn. Personally IDGAF .

We allow air drivers to be paid air rate to "shuttle" ground packages to drivers here, and honestly I think it's wrong. This situation takes it to a whole other level. This just ain't right man.
