I have a friend who between him and his wife have $30,000 tied up in fat tire bikes. Two of them were $10K apiece and 2 of them were 5K apiece. Personally, as far as I'm concerned, if it has 2 wheels it also better also have an engine on it.
Oh wow, I didn't pay nearly that much. The red one was $1450, the green one about 2k, but came with an extra battery. 4" fat tires, 1000W motor, 14.5a battery, full suspension, and a folding bike. They are selling for $995 now, Chinese bikes. Quick too, up to like 30mph. They are throttled bikes too, so you don't have to pedal or you can.

At least you got E Bikes. The ones my friends have are just peddle bikes. YES-$30,000 worth of peddle bikes. Around here if you don't have to peddle your E Bike you cant ride them on the bike trails---------supposedly .

I've had to drift in the PC, to get up a snow covered street or be stuck.
thats cool we were snowed in as a kid stuck at my cousins for a few days past when we were supposed to go, my parents had a rwd mazda and they lived on a hill. we were bouncing on the tail to make it up and dad was really reving it i was crying

I see the laws changing that cover E-bikes because the are really electric motorcycles--at least the ones you don't have to pedal are.

Apparently Cheerios is the same as Donuts if you live in Wisconsin?
im eating this capitalist "oreos" cereal and its enlarged black cheerios wat a rip off

thats a negative

the lights are funny downtown they turn green to red one after another in a row so it encourages speeding

What the, that much on standard bikes?! Sheesh. There's a Trek store on my route, the prices they are charging these people. Yeah I can understand the reasoning with that must peddle rule, but who's gonna go around enforcing that? A throttled bike is more akin to a moped so it's an unfair advantage to regular riders or pedestrians, like having a car come up on you on the trail.

Bigger motors, more fun!
Unless you wreck it!
my thoughts on cars are hatchs are better than sedans

sub compacts are alot of fun for the price

convertible is better than power

i like hand brakes, and sporty and reliable. alot of cars these days have e brakes which is a bummer for snow drifts

front seat comfort pretty important. as my tush is sensitive

Yeah hatches are definitely more versatile than a sedan. Subcompacts can be lil pocket rockets. Convertibles are nice sometimes, problematic most others, unless you go higher end power folding hard top type. Controlled drifting is fun. Spinning out of control, not so much.

Hand brakes are definitely better than E brakes or the push pedal, am I right @11.19igrad

I think I paid $1200 for both of these, fun times.
