Need improvement for sure. What I would change is that front sidewalk. Get rid of it and replace it with one that flows out and away. Now you have a natural landscape break between that and the house.

Strangely. A lot of them tell the driver to DR rear door with a dog out loose.

Both spots look fine, rear door could have been better but nothing malicious or particularly lazy.

The whole yard, including all driveway, walk, patio, grass and landscaping needs an overhaul.

Just fedex, ups, usps, amazon, a local west coast group called ontrac and sometimes, very rarely, dhl. Last 3 use PVDs.

I made the majority of my deliveries on back porches, behind the house in bags, inside of garages and sometimes inside the house. The only DFUs I had were from cover drivers.
