a few days ago,I was reading an article about a court hearing about a judge ruleing against UPS regarding a workmans comp case.He accused the co of having a bad safety prog or something like that.Can someone tell me where it was.I know it was on "brown cafe" but i can't remember where....Thanx

I think if you will scroll until you see the thread entitled "have your cake and eat it too", it is the first entry authored, I believe, by "crappie".
I would be interested in know more about this also.
