I understand but in each case a printed, dated "hard copy" of a sensitive document trumps relying on other disinterested parties.

The OP needs to develop good habits now.

This includes keeping ALL paycheck stubs filed at home and assuring he/she gets their guarantee hours so if/when they retire they will have a full years credit which, in my area, is 750 straight time hours per year. Assuming OP is PT.

Years from now you'll thank me.

In keeping with the good habits the OP may want to also start keeping a notepad of hours worked every day since we all know things happen and minutes disappear sometimes ( no offense frigid lol).

But isn't it zeroed out on Thursday for the previous week? Granted I check every other day and for sure on Friday to make sure the weekly totals are correct because if it isn't, I can go and see the super nice 'payroll person' to correct it, or a Sup...
