Maybe it's time to change our representatives?

I’m not the one intentionally lying to people. Stick to supporting the worst CMA in our history. Now let’s hear the “talking points” rebuttal.
You have a history for lying on the internet for Hoffa and Sean. Now you are Fred’s rooster. You have the long time history of being a minion to these two guys. Just saying.

Starting wage is a waste of time.

Lying? Just prove a lie. Fred isn’t even a focus. Have I even mentioned him? The only lying scumbag is Tony Q. You’re like a polished @anHOURover. I stuck up for Hoffa for 2 decades. I can literally change my mind on anything I want, cuz I can. You are not allowed to because you’re just a pawn.

The thing that stands out to me with Sean’s language is the 7 months out of the year where th part timer works as a full time feeder driver and then the other 5 months they go back to being part time. That kinda sucks.
Then those PTers won’t bother signing up right?

friend all the reps. Bunch of dickweeds.
Yeah screw all the guys that are elected and have the skill at bargaining contracts with several employers.

We have one set of skills that don’t fall on a hiring hall list.

Handling packages.

Not sure anyone could have given us anything better than what’s been presented. The nation will tell us very soon

And we will rep our locals with our votes

You need to get an education. UPS workers came very close to striking in 2013 and this is a dirtier contract. It's especially bad for the younger lads. The company is making record profits and trying to screw the people who actually put in the sweat and the blood.

If you don’t like your compensation package that you currently have, then quit and find the better one.

Oh... wait... that’s right!!!

UPS pays the highest wage with no skill or education requirement.

$100K without factoring in your pension and health package.

You can live a very nice lifestyle off what UPS has agreed to pay. Where else can you go and come close? DHL is the only similar package that is teamsters, and they don’t have the size of UPS domestically.

Your next option is amazon, Fedex or another class a trucking company. Which the most you’ll make is $70k a year and pay for a good portion of your medical coverage

Pull the wool from over your eyes and realize how good you have it for a second.

That's not how it works. If you don't like your compensation package and/or working conditions, you have your union representatives negotiate a better contract. If they fail due to ineptitude or corruption, vote it down and make them try again. You don't give up improving conditions just to get a slight improvement in compensation for some people. No need to quit.

Do you think when he is president he can hook every region up with that part time feeder driver language?
We will watch your surepost subcontracting language change do more damage to the hourly paychecks than if management was driving feeders.

Deflect all you want to, you failed miserably.

@2033 there is no try again. A strike vote was taken. What don’t you and all the other vote no dip:censored2:s understand. A strike is the next course of action.

You forgot typing.
And you're a master of deflecting.

Having the skill set and using it to the best of your ability are not one in the same.

An A student can purposely get Ds if they dont really care about actually trying to produce.

There would be more money on the table if some areas did not demonstrate their ineptitude or corruption in the handling of pension plans.

The union bargained 14.5 billion dollars in new money this contract.

Each penny dime and nickel is a big deal when you have over a couple hundred thousand employees

86,000 part timers are in progression
33,000 package car drivers are in progression

Most or some of those will get a significant bump in this contract

Lol you’re one smart cookie. You can’t strike if you don’t take a strike authorization vote. Do us all a favor and read a book on labor law.

In April of 2014.
