They are forcing more Monday through Friday drivers here then we need to Tuesday to Saturday making sure alot of drivers won't get a punch.
How are they getting away with that?

Labor is saying in the contract they can move anyone with a hire date of 2019 back to that schedule with no reason at all. They are cutting a huge number of routes on Mondays and Saturday there is more drivers then work now.

The Co obviously had reactionary plans for all "concessions" they made. We are seeing the implementation of them now.
Hopefully they don't make the same mistakes they did in 2008 and 2009

Obviously that varies from region to region and pension plan, to pension plan.
Well Sean do what he wanted by getting big raises up front to fully fund the teamsters to go after Amazon
And everyone voted yes on that Big money package without looking down the road

Honestly, shouldn’t surprise your brother, most can’t see past the nose on their face. Reasonably intelligent people who at least try to invest a little on their own should still be fine such as yourself.

The conversion of 22.4s needed more attention, and people were seeing the big raise and not what it meant for them in regards to lesser volume, inside pay vs. drivers wage, etc. Now we need to stand together and enforce the contract we very easily approved.
