Today is Monday and of course it's the start of the
-storm. I currently work in a small center with a bunch of other preloaders. The trailer that came in was 50% full. I had one guy loading two trucks and I was loading two trucks also. The problem today was that Management decided it was a good idea to close a route after we put a truck in.
So, then I had to work around that "closed" truck for the whole preload time and I got
ed on my two trucks that I was doing. I have to say it was a
-storm today and management sucks completely. Basically.. today it was 3 on one side loading trucks and just two on one side where I got completely
ed in between loading a closed truck in the middle.
Lesson learned today: Welcome to UPS and it doesn't get any better for any preloader no matter how hard you work and how hard you try to make this company successful.
