The simple fact of the matter is that if you drive for any X OPCO and something like this happens you are in fact guilty until you can somehow manage to prove yourself innocent. Happy for the X jock this was caught on tape. He was fortunate to have it to prove his innocence but there's no guarantee that even that will absolve him.Should have anticipated the risk.

Can't tell from the video who had the right of way. Doesn't look like the FedEx driver had a stop sign (and my guess is that he didn't), but he could have. Could have been a traffic light. Based on total damages, driver may no longer be driving for FedEx. In that case, hopefully, he will find a non-driving position.
