Heading back to later start times because they can't get the air to the building. Its been shuttled out to us almost every Friday for a few weeks now. Half the time the ground isn't done either. Great system we got going here....and remember vote NO!!

We never heard about OTN here but we had a few weeks where drivers could be scheduled to leave as early as 8:30. The past week killed it, we are back to 9:15+ leave building times: Each driver fielding at least 15 minutes to clean up the late preload.

There was exactly 2 days where my high-seniority driver was scheduled for 8:30AM and got to leave exactly then. He was the happiest person alive those days.
On a third day somebody parked an empty car in his way, nobody was expecting him to be ready to leave right there and then...

For the on time network to actually work the falling things need to be done.
Start the pre load earlier.
Get the work to the centers earlier.
Hire enough pre loaders.
Hire enough pilots
Buy enough planes.
Hire enough feeder drivers.
Buy enough Trailers.
Hire enough delivery drivers.
Buy enough package cars.

Or UPS management can yell and scream and hope that works.

No need for more planes, we have drones.
