That's the thing. I was dispatched with 155 or so, she had 140. I also had more miles to drive. She just sucks:rolleyes:

This is why I'm a little surprised I don't get help.

They know I don't give a friend*. I'll stay out for my 14. If it gets done it gets done and if I'm out that late you can bet I'll be worthless the rest of the week.
Me too, brother! Old school way was UPS friend'ed you, then you friend'ed them right back. A day or two of that and management would lighten your load and all was well again. These days, they just don't seem to care. No help for me either. Seems like all management cares about is SPC.

Wow.....so much time, so much misinformation.
So much speculation.

Some chronic and extended illness can blow thru that in short time. Healthcare cost will increase in coming years.
You can have a plan but you can't dictate the future.

Housing value can depreciate quickly for many reasons.

Some people actually enjoy their job and customers. They don't mind sticking around for another $90,000.00/yr.

So I literally just finished my route, stopped to finish my break. About 20 minutes ago the green light of death comes on. I called and asked why this other driver needs 25 stops taken off her, as we were dispatched with a similar load. "She's new to the route."

So how exactly is this my problem? This happens every damn Saturday. Can I refuse? If not, can I file a grievance? What are my options? I've made it clear that I'm not happy that this continues to be a problem.
Seniority is your answer. Sounds like seniority is what you need
