You guys still have full weeks? Since they started allowing weeks to be split I can get about any week I want (15 years) and even the bottom guys only have 8 weeks or so full. Most of those are November.

I used to be able to get summer vacations but they went from 5 slots to 4 slots per week for drivers to take vacation. That pushed me back into early spring and fall options.

How many drivers are in your center? We have 17 openings per week for vacation and I can't touch anything from the second week of June thru the end of September!!

Preloader here: every week except 4th of july is open. Just over two year's seniority. A lot of people it seems work through their vacations and call out 10 times each year instead.
