That's kind of a backwards viewpoint. Who's always been closer to starving, the people who have to work or the people who don't?

It's the fact that most of the wealthy don't do any productive work at all but are at the least risk of starving, whereas the people with the highest risk are the poor and middle-classes who do all the labor.

I don't have a problem w the idea that if you can work but choose not to, you shouldn't expect to eat. He just got the reality of it backwards.

If you want it badly enough, you can make it happen.

You can get a part time job at UPS, and work your way into a 100K+ a year job within probably 5 years at most centers around the country.
While having amazing benefits in the meantime.

It might suck for a while. Hard.
But if you decide you want it more than you want short term leisure, you'll succeed.

If you want it badly enough, you can make it happen.

If you quit, that means you didn't want it.
If you want it, you'll wait. And you'll be rewarded for that with a highly lucrative career that can bring you a lot of nice things in life.
