I know ground and hd will be handled by the same ISP. We are doing that now at our terminal. I would place too much out to 2021. In the FedEx contracting world that's a long, long time and many things can change depending on the economic and legal environment. You'll be alright. As long as you have good drivers, and maintain your equipment (good mechanic), everything else runs itself.
